What the audit covers
- DNS: check every record, which ones are proxied through Cloudflare, and records that point at servers you no longer run.
- Caching: read your cache hit rate in Cloudflare analytics, find what bypasses the cache and why, and fix the cache rules.
- Security: compare WAF and rate limiting rules with your real traffic. Find rules that block real users and gaps that let bad traffic through.
- SSL/TLS and origin: check the encryption mode and whether your origin servers can be reached without going through Cloudflare.
- Costs: review your plan, Workers, R2, and KV usage, and where the bill is growing.
- Write a report: each problem, the exact change to make, and the expected effect, ordered by impact.

Moving storage from S3 to R2
R2 storage costs $0.015 per GB-month, about $15 per TB, with no egress fees. Requests are billed: $4.50 per million writes, $0.36 per million reads. Cloudflare's migration tools, Super Slurper and Sippy, are free; you pay only for the writes into R2. I plan the copy and the switch.

How is it priced?
The Cloudflare audit is fixed-price and delivered in one week. Ongoing management is priced per month, based on what the audit finds.
How does payment work?
50% to start, 50% when the report is delivered. A one-page agreement covers scope and dates. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
What do you need from us?
A read-only member invite to your Cloudflare account, a list of the main sites and APIs behind it, and a short call about what's going wrong.
Are you a Cloudflare partner?
Yes, I'm in Cloudflare's partner program at the entry level. You keep full ownership of your Cloudflare account; I work in it through a member invite.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can review and manage Cloudflare for several client accounts, with one report per client.
